Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's our return policy:
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
Eligible Items:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used electronic devices (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refund Process:

- We'll provide return shipping instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Exchanges: We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
